The 19th annual Savannah Irish Festival will take place February 18-20, 2011 at the Savannah Civic Center at Montgomery and Oglethorpe Streets in historic downtown Savannah, GA. The festival begins Friday night with a Ceili in the Civic Center Ballroom from 6:30pm - 9:00pm
